Our koroneiki olives are pressed together with fresh lime from our estate which releases distinct aromas with a robust flavor of lime. It is creamy and nicely balanced with a lovely peppery finish from our extra virgin olive oil. It is ideal for salads, drizzled over bruschetta, pastas, meat marinades, fish, grilled sandwiches, chicken or just dunk a baguette in it!
