Our koroneiki olives are gently infused together with our home grown fresh thyme releasing the distinct aromas and oils of the herb. The flavours of the thyme combined with the peppery freshness of the extra virgin olive oil is delightful. This oil is especially flavourful with roasted or grilled meats, vegetables, seafood and chicken.
